Anca Bogdana Rusu
Anca Bogdana Rusu leads partnerships, policy and advocacy for Celo. Previously she spent over eight years at the WBG working with regulators and financial institutions on digital finance in emerging markets. Her work looks at how technology can advance financial inclusion, as well as bridging the gender gap for access to financial services.
Anca received her Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University and studied economics at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She also holds certificates in FinTech from MIT Media Lab and Human-Centered Design for Social Innovation from IDEO.
